Location QR codes: no more wrong turns
Address or coordinates, which map guests see and how to avoid sending people to the neighbouring door.
Address or coordinates
A street and house number is enough in a city. For places without a precise address — a park gate, a pier, a festival ground, a country house — use coordinates: they point to a spot within a few metres.
Copy them from Google Maps or Apple Maps by long-pressing the right spot: a pair of numbers like 51.5080, -0.1281.
When an address is not enough
- The building has several blocks or entrances on different streets.
- A new development not yet in the map database.
- A courtyard, mall entrance or a site with a gatehouse.
Drop the pin on the right entrance, not the middle of the building. A guest who finds the correct door first time is already happy.
